THE WONDER CALLED SLEEP SUMMERY

Sleep is a state of unconscious rest. In this state our body and mind go into a state of unconsciousness. When we sleep, our body starts recovering from the fatigue caused by the day's activities. Many things happen in our body when we sleep.

Our biological system repairs and rejuvenates, our muscles relax, our heartbeat slows, our temperature and blood pressure drop, our mind and body grow stronger, and we are more alert during our sleep gain immunity.

The always active brain also slows down so that we will not be able to think or act consciously. Besides, we have dreams. Dream, an activity of the mind, is a series of events, thoughts, images and sensations that occur in our mind while we are asleep.

Dreams may be probabilistic or improbable in nature, but they cannot foretell anything about the future. Dreams are important as they can help us sleep through the night without any trouble. Also it can tell a lot about one's problems.

Although sleep is a common experience, it is full of miracles and full of power. The poem "Lights Out" by Edward Thomas best describes the concept of sleep. It tells us the experience of sleeping, and it makes us wonder at the beauty and mysterious nature of sleep.

Along with this, the poem also tells how essential sleep is. Once you are at the limit, you cannot stop yourself from falling asleep.

CONCLUSION OF THE WONDER CALLED SLEEP SUMMERY

Although some events or happenings that we see in our dreams are probable, they do not predict the future. In his poem "Lights Out", poet Edward Thomas describes sleep as "immeasurably deep", referring to the impossibility of fully understanding this state. Thus, sleep is a state of peace, a temporary pause and relaxation. This gives the body time to renew its energy. Therefore, a good sleep is very important for us to wake up refreshed and active.
